AMIE TURRILL OWENS | FOUNDER, PRESIDENT

Amie has spent 25 years in the world of Brands, working in cross-functional disciplines for a variety of organizations such as; Arnold Worldwide and Reebok to name a few. As Head of Brand Strategy at Reebok, Amie oversaw four business functions where she was tasked with driving both Brand mission and overall strategy formulation, which included assessing the long-term partnership with CrossFit. Additionally, she implemented a Corporate Responsibility strategy where she integrated an existing before school fitness program called FitKidz (now BOKS) into the overall Reebok brand strategy. Additionally, Amie has been supporting the issue of child homelessness since 2011.

Amie has been CrossFitting since 2010 when she became hooked on the community’s unique passion for helping not only themselves but also others around them. Although she grew up in Ohio, she has lived in Boston since 1996 and has made her home in Foxboro since 2002 with her husband and two 80# lap dogs.

COLETTE O’NEILL | DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND CREATIVE SERVICES

Colette has spent over fifteen years leading marketing and communications efforts at local and national non-profits. She’s a rockstar at graphic design, video production, copywriting, digital media and event production. She digs photography, people, contemporary art, film, biking and although she’s new to CrossFit, she’s already loving it! Colette lives on Boston’s North Shore with her partner and 4 year old, aspiring CrossFitter, Finn.

Colette’s sense of humor and zest for life remind all of us at kettlebells4kids just how important it is to look on the bright side and help those who need us most.

AMANDA CHACE | AFFILIATE ADVISOR

Amanda has been in the CrossFit world since early 2010 when her family encouraged her to “give it a shot”. After months of wondering what all the hype was about, she gave it a try and less than one year later, Amanda opened her own box, CrossFit Torque in Foxboro, MA. Giving back to her community has always been a priority for her; and Torque allows her to help members from the surrounding communities better themselves and each other. Amanda also worked at Reebok for two years on the Sports Marketing Team focusing on the CrossFit community and quickly realized how many other CrossFit affiliate owners continuously give back to important issues and causes.

kettlebells4kids is an opportunity to connect affiliate owners and athletes to homeless children in their own neighborhoods and Amanda is the perfect person to help us lead this charge.
